Based in Washington, D.C., the Advanced Leadership Foundation (ALF) is an international non-profit  organization (501c3) that aims to inspire and train the business, political and social leaders of tomorrow. Its goal is to identify, build, and support a diverse network of leaders around the world who will foster positive change in their communities.

Through our leadership summit and initiative programs, international practices, trade missions, virtual advisory board, executive seminars and conferences, we connect governments and businesses, as well as national and international leaders, building strategic networks and promoting sustainable solutions to global challenges. To date, we have directly trained more than 11,000 leaders around the world.

Dr Manzano is a member of the board and Integra has cooperated with the organization of presentation events for former President Obama, former Vice President Al Gore and numerous Nobel Prize winners in Argentina, Spain, Portugal and Colombia
